The cake dough can be frozen and then grated on a coarse grater - many housewives like this option because they don’t have to waste time washing the meat grinder (which is traditionally used to prepare dessert dough).

To make the taste of the delicacy more original, you can add finely grated citrus zest and a little alcoholic beverages (liqueur, rum, cognac) to the dough.

Do not keep the dough in the oven for too long: if it is too dry, your cakes will turn out tough and therefore unpleasant.

Make sure that the cream is not too liquid, otherwise you will not be able to make the cakes. Most often, the cream turns out liquid due to poor quality ingredients, for example, condensed milk.

If you have little time to prepare dessert, decorate the finished cake with coconut flakes or powdered sugar. If you are pressed for time, use chocolate glaze for decoration - it will add additional bright flavor notes to the dessert.

The finished “Anthill” can be decorated using your imagination. The cake is sprinkled with nut crumbs, poppy seeds, chocolate, coconut flakes, and decorated with shortbread mushrooms and waffles.

Anthill cake, a dessert that came to us from the Soviet Union, did not have much demand after its appearance. In the 1990s, “anthill” began to be produced in factories, but this did not help the dish become more popular.

The cake has a second name: “brushwood”; it is very similar to the American dessert “fannel cake”, which was invented in Pennsylvania. The dish from the USA was often prepared for major holidays, fairs and other events, thereby making it more popular.

The method of preparing a foreign cake differs from the domestic one in that the dough is poured into oil through specially shaped funnels, then fried until golden brown. The dessert is often decorated with cinnamon, jam or various sprinkles, and sometimes fresh fruit is used.

In other countries of the world, this dessert is also not forgotten. For example, in Slovenia the cake is called “flanzati”, in Austria the dessert is called “strauben”, in Finland they also remember and call it “tippaleya”, and it is most often prepared in the spring.

In India, the dessert is prepared according to a modified recipe: it has a thicker consistency and the top is sprinkled with sugar.

Many people like to cook anthill because of its simplicity and excellent taste. Of course, this dessert can now be bought ready-made, but such a cake will bring little pleasure, but if you make it with your own hands in a cozy home environment, your mood will lift in an instant.

There is hardly a person who has not tried “Anthill” from Soviet times. Real housewives always had a recipe for this delicacy at hand. The cake has many reasons due to which it has gained such enormous popularity among chefs: firstly, its preparation process is very simple, secondly, no special ingredients are required, and thirdly, the dessert turns out very tasty.

Ingredients

Oat flour35 g
Coconut flour30 g
Powdered milk35 g
Water95 ml
Agave syrup25 g
Coconut oil10 g
Corn starch5 g

It is clear about the unclear

1. Agave syrup is an industrial vegetable sweetener . If you are a supporter of natural products, use honey or maple syrup instead, but this will increase the glycemic index of the resulting product.

2. Oatmeal is ground oats . At home, you can grind oatmeal in a blender or coffee grinder

3. You can’t make coconut oil yourself : you’ll have to buy it in supermarkets, pharmacies or online stores. The main thing is that the packaging says “organic”.

4. Coconut flour is an expensive and scarce commodity . But it can be done in your own kitchen:

  • soak uncolored coconut flakes in water in a ratio of 1:4 for 4 hours;
  • puree with a blender;
  • squeeze through gauze;
  • Place evenly on baking sheet;
  • dry completely in a low-heat oven;
  • and blend again with a blender.

Lazy anthill

This recipe is suitable for resourceful housewives. We will make the cake according to this principle: first we bake the whole cake, then we divide it into pieces.

Ingredients for the dough:

  • Flour 2 tbsp.
  • Sugar 1.5 tbsp.
  • Butter 0.2 kg.
  • Sour cream 250 ml.
  • Refined oil 3 tbsp.

Ingredients for the cream:

  • Butter 200 g.
  • Boiled condensed milk 300 g.
  • Poppy a few pinches.

Preparation:

1. Take the butter out of the refrigerator and keep it on the table for half an hour.

2. Mix it with sugar.

3.Add sour cream to the resulting mixture and mix.

4.The dough is almost ready. Add flour and baking soda to the mixture, then stir until smooth. Activate the oven.

5. Grease the baking pan with refined oil. Then we put the dough on it, do it in an even layer, otherwise the cake may burn in some places.

6.In the meantime, let's prepare the cream. Combine condensed milk with butter and mix with a mixer.

7.Bake the cake for about 15 minutes, set the temperature to 180 degrees. You can check the dough with a toothpick. After cooking, cut it into small squares.

8. Move the slices into a separate container, preferably deeper, and fill with cream. Mix the resulting mass thoroughly.

9.The cake is completely cooked. All that remains is to find a suitable dish and make a poppy decoration. Dessert can be placed on the table.

Classic recipe for Anthill cakes

Kids will be delighted with such original sweets, so preparing them for a child’s birthday would be a great idea.

Ingredients for the test:

  • Flour – half a kilogram;
  • Sour cream and high-quality creamy margarine - 100 g each;
  • A teaspoon of soda;
  • Sugar – 90-100 g.

Ingredients for the cream:

  • A jar of boiled or regular condensed milk;
  • Slightly melted butter – 100 g.

We prepare the delicacy according to the classic recipe step by step:

  1. Margarine cut into small pieces is melted in a small metal cup (you can replace it with butter).
  2. For the dough, select a deep container into which sour cream is placed and soda is added. The ingredients are thoroughly mixed and left for a short period of time (about two minutes) for the reaction to begin. You can replace the baking soda with baking powder, but then it will need to be combined and sifted with flour first.
  3. The previously melted margarine is poured into the same bowl and granulated sugar is added. Everything is mixed thoroughly until the crystals dissolve.
  4. Flour is added in small portions and the resulting mass is kneaded. At first the mixture should be slightly crumbly. After this, you need to continue kneading it until the dough has a homogeneous consistency.
  5. The finished test mass is put into the cold for half an hour.
  6. After the specified time has passed, the dough is removed from the refrigerator and divided into small balls, from which sausages are then rolled, the thickness corresponding to the hole in the meat grinder.
  7. The blanks are passed through a meat grinder and distributed in a thin layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment or a special silicone sheet.
  8. The “worms” are baked in the middle position at a temperature of 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes until lightly browned. If you exceed this time, the workpieces will become tough.
  9. While the baking process is underway, the cream is prepared. A little more than half of the total amount of condensed milk and all the butter are placed in the mixer bowl. The components are whipped until smooth.
  10. After the “worms” have cooled, grind them into coarse crumbs. You can also add chopped nuts or peeled toasted sunflower seeds here.
  11. In a separate container, the crumbs are combined with the cream and kneaded thoroughly.
  12. Next, the cakes themselves are formed. This can be done in muffin tins or any similar small containers. To prevent the dough from sticking, you need to lightly moisten the molds with water each time.
  13. The resulting mass is placed in a container and compacted tightly.
  14. The dessert is placed on a beautiful large plate.
  15. The finished delicacy with condensed milk can be decorated with fried sesame seeds, poppy seeds, coconut flakes or poured with melted chocolate.

Anthill cake - general principles and methods of preparation

Anthill cake is a very common delicacy. Our grandmothers, mothers prepared it, and now we, modern housewives, after so many years, delight our own family with an amazing dessert. “Anthill” will always be on our tables as long as humanity exists. Because it is not only tasty, but also extremely fast. After all, in order to prepare it, it is not necessary to have virtuoso confectionery skills. All it takes is a little effort, and a culinary masterpiece of “our own production” is already on the table.

Today on the Internet you can find a lot of recipes for making “Anthill”: from the easiest without baking to the most intricate and bizarre. The first, which is the best part, can be prepared even by a schoolchild by mixing, for example, ordinary cookies with a jar of condensed milk and putting everything in a neat pile.

In principle, any “Anthill” is based on the general principles of preparation: first the dough is baked, then it is crushed and mixed with dressing cream. Traditionally, the cream consists of condensed milk mixed with butter that is delicate and soft in consistency. However, along with the development of culinary art, the list of ingredients from which cream can be safely made has also increased. Let your own tastes, intuition and imagination become your best helpers in this matter.

Anthill cake - food preparation

The good news is that preparing the ingredients does not take too much time. It is important that you always have chicken eggs, butter, premium flour, which must first be sifted, and granulated sugar on hand. As a topping for a heaped dessert, you can use poppy seeds, chocolate chips, crushed nuts or seeds, raisins, dried fruits, etc. And then it’s a matter of the recipe.

Let me present to your attention several delicious ways to prepare a simple but delicious cake called “Anthill”.

Anthill Cake - the best recipes

Recipe 1: Classic Anthill Cake

Time flies, but the “Anthill” cake, prepared according to “grandmother’s” recipe, will always be relevant. We remember its delicate taste from childhood, and no matter how old we are, it forever left an unforgettable mark on our memory.

Ingredients:

- three and a half glasses of premium flour - half a glass of sugar - a glass (200 gr.) of sour cream - 200 gr. tender butter - a pinch of salt (optional) - half a teaspoon of soda - a jar of boiled condensed milk - 200 gr. drain butter (for cream) - poppy seeds or chocolate chips for sprinkling

Cooking method:

1. Sift the flour, add butter, sour cream, sugar, a little salt and soda. Knead the dough with your hands and pass it through a meat grinder. Place the resulting slices (about 15 cm long) on a baking sheet and bake until done at 180 degrees.

2. While the slices are baking, prepare the cream: put the melted butter in a bowl, mix it with condensed milk (boiled) and beat the ingredients until smooth.

3. So, the slices are ready. Cool them a little and crush them, but not to dust. You should get large crumbs. Pour the resulting cream into them and mix everything so that not a single crumb is left out.

4. Find the most beautiful flat plate and begin to lay out the cake in a mound. Sprinkle poppy seeds on top and put in the refrigerator for three hours, or preferably 7-12. Then we take it out and enjoy dessert.

Recipe 2: Chocolate Anthill Cake with Cherries

The finished cake looks like a chocolate mound, but in its cut the secret is an amazingly delicate snow-white soufflé consisting of soft cottage cheese or heavy cream with cherries. We will take a different route - we will use mascarpone cream cheese, which has no analogues in the whole world.

Ingredients:

- two eggs - a can of condensed milk - soda floor. teaspoon - glass of flour - 6 table. lie cocoa

For cream:

— 500 gr. heavy cream - 500 gr. mascarpone - 150 gr. sugar (better than sand) - chocolate chips - 18 g. gelatin (2 packs) - canned cherries 400 gr.

Cooking method:

1. Quench soda with vinegar (table). Beat condensed milk, eggs, flour and soda until smooth, then add cocoa and mix again. Pour the resulting dough into the mold and bake in the oven (180 degrees) for 20 minutes. Cool the finished cake and trim the edges evenly so that you get an even circle. We do not throw away any leftovers from the edges.

2. Squeeze out excess juice from the cherries. Prepare the cream: beat the cream with sand until thick, gradually adding cheese and chocolate chips to the mixture. According to the recipe (on the package), cook gelatin and add it together with cherries to the cream. Mix.

3. Place the cooled cake on a flat dish, and place the filling in a heap. Chop the remaining cake crumbs finely and sprinkle them over the cake. We put the delicacy in the refrigerator and wait three hours. And finally, patience pays off. The cake turned out simply excellent. Unearthly pleasure!

Recipe 3: Anthill Cake from Corn Sticks

Do you think a cake can only be made from dough? It turns out not! In fact, the range of ingredients for “Anthill” is unusually wide: cookies, chocolates and even corn sticks (some, by the way, manage to use popcorn). Quick, easy, and most importantly - accessible to everyone... and no baking required. Those who do not like to bother themselves too much with culinary worries, you are welcome - this recipe is especially for you!

The first option is with condensed milk

Ingredients:

- a jar of condensed milk (boiled) - tender drain. butter 150 gr. - packaging of corn sticks

Cooking method:

Heat the butter and mix with condensed milk, or better yet, beat with a mixer until fluffy. Pour the mixture into the corn sticks, mix everything thoroughly. Place the sticks in the correct heap in foil and put them in the cold to soak and fix for several hours. Then we take it out and carefully place it in a dish.

The second option is with iris

Ingredients:

- pack of corn sticks - 400 gr. soft toffees - 200 gr. butter

Cooking method:

Melt the toffee and butter and whisk them together a little. Pour the mixture over the corn sticks and form a mound of the correct shape (you can do it the same way as in the first option - wrap it in foil, or just on a flat plate). Place the cake in the refrigerator. After 4 hours we take it out and try it. Simple and delicious!

Recipe 4: Anthill Cake with Nuts

It's no secret that nuts are a universal product from a culinary point of view. They are very “harmless” and do not spoil the taste of the dish, especially cakes. But they add new shades of taste to it, so piquant, playful and attractive! We entrust them with an important mission - to become the “heroes” of our next recipe.

Ingredients:

- one egg - half a glass of sugar (sand) - four tablespoons (tablespoons) of milk - butter, plums. 200 gr. - three and a half glasses of flour - a jar of boiled condensed milk - another 300 grams of butter. (for cream) - walnuts 1 cup

Cooking method:

1. Beat the egg with sand, gradually pouring in the milk. We extinguish the soda, melt the butter and mix everything together. Add flour and make dough. Then we put it in the freezer for half an hour.

2. While the dough hardens, mix boiled condensed milk with butter. Beat thoroughly.

3. Take out the dough and grate it on a coarse grater, after dividing it into several parts (it’s easier this way). Three directly onto a baking sheet. Level and place in the oven (preheated). These chips will bake very quickly, so be careful not to burn.

4. The browned shavings are cooled and mixed with crushed (but not to dust) nuts. You can lightly fry them in advance. All this is filled with a creamy base and laid out in the correct mound. We put the folded cake in the refrigerator, take it out after 3-4 hours and eat it. Bon appetit!

Anthill cake - a note for the hostess

— Before kneading the dough, be sure to sift the flour. This is done in order to enrich it with oxygen and, therefore, make the dough more porous and fluffy;

— When kneading the dough, do not pour flour into the liquid. It’s better to do the opposite: pour it in a thin stream into the flour;

— Does the shortbread not come off the baking sheet? Then hold it over the steam for a couple of minutes or place it on a rag soaked in ice water;

— To prevent the “Anthill” from falling apart before it hardens, pack it in foil and only then put it in the cold;

— All ingredients for the cake must be fresh. Before you start cooking, remove all the ingredients from the refrigerator and let them “warm up” to room temperature, and only then start cooking.

When I hear about Anthill cake, my heart skips a beat: this is a dessert from my childhood, which has been prepared from generation to generation. Mom writes down all the most successful recipes in a pink general notebook, and this cake takes an honorable third place there after and. However, there are a lot of recipes for such a cake on the Internet, they all differ in the way they prepare the dough: some housewives grate it (you people are heroes!), others tear off pieces and bake (you are doubly heroes, that’s how much time it takes!) In our family, we always did this: first, we minced them in small portions, then baked these portions, and broke the finished “cookies” into pieces. These same pieces served as the building blocks of the anthill. Well, the cherry on the cake (or rather, the ants on the cake) were the grated specks of chocolate.

Which method to choose is up to you! And be sure to share in the comments which option you preferred. Did you like the taste of the dough and cream?

Anthill Cake: 5 Recipes

For many, anthill cake is a cake from childhood. Today, many people want to return this carefree time at least for a moment, so we ask our mothers and grandmothers how to make an anthill cake, how to bake an anthill cake.

The anthill cake recipe can be simple or more complex. If you want to spend a minimum of time, you can prepare an anthill cake without baking. For this you will need cookies. So if you are looking for how to whip up an anthill cake, a cookie recipe will be just right.

In a nutshell, how to make an anthill cake: crumble the cookies, pour cream or condensed milk over the resulting anthill - the cookie cake is ready. But there is another way to make an anthill cake from cookies. Cookies for the cake are made separately by frying pieces of dough.

And by the way, sometimes they add honey to the cream and make an anthill cake with honey, it turns out delicious too.

There is a more complex and refined recipe. Anthill cake is made from dough, which, after kneading, is passed through a meat grinder, cooled, baked, and only then crumbled to form the future anthill cake from the crumbs. This recipe is more troublesome, but this is how the classic anthill cake is prepared.

Recipe 1: Anthill Cake for the New Year of the Snake

They talk about a water snake - the symbol of 2013... So it’s a snake.) Or, as it turned out in the fairy tale “The Magic Ring”, “the daughter of the snake king.” This wonderful fairy tale inspired the design of the famous “anthill” cake made from shortcrust pastry and condensed milk. Our wish fulfiller is not at all insidious, but touching and kind...

For the test:

  • Butter - 200 g
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Milk – 150 ml
  • Soda - 1 tsp. (quenched in 1 tsp lemon juice or vinegar)
  • Flour - 600 g (plus or minus 50-70 g)

For cream:

  • Condensed milk (boiled) - 2 cans (380 g each)
  • Butter - 200 g
  • Sour cream (optional; can be used instead of butter) - to taste
  • Vanilla sugar - 10-20 g
  • Plus: Peeled walnuts - 100 g (a little less is possible)

For decoration (optional):

  • White chocolate – 100 g
  • Dark chocolate – 50 g
  • Milk - 2-3 tbsp. l.
  • Chocolate candies (small round) - 2 pcs.
  • Prunes - 1 pc.
  • Lemon marmalade (slices) - 5 pcs.
  • Drying Malyutka - 1 pc.
  • Fresh mint - 4-5 sprigs
Preparing ingredients for the Scarapea Snake cake. Leave the butter out of the refrigerator until it becomes soft. Sift the flour. Condensed milk - already boiled.
If you bought condensed milk (good, GOST) unboiled, cook it in advance for 1.5 hours (I cooked it for two - it was too much, it turned out thick). Make sure that the water does not boil away and add more if necessary.
Preparation of the “Scarapea Snake” cake: Lightly beat the eggs, add softened butter and milk, mix, add flour, slaked soda. Anticipating questions about sugar, add it to the dough only if you have a real sweet tooth. But, I was convinced that sugar is not needed here - the sweetness of the cream is enough.
Mix the dough.
The shortbread dough heats up by hand, so to make it more convenient to work with it further, we place it in the refrigerator for an hour and a half to two or in the freezer for 30-40 minutes (not very desirable, but I did just that - there was no time).
Preheat the oven to 175-180 degrees. Cover the baking sheet with parchment (no need to grease). Grate the dough directly onto the baking sheet. It turned out to be two baking sheets with two pieces of dough for each.
Bake for about 20 minutes. After 15 minutes we begin to look at it - it browns very quickly. Once it cools down a little, break it into pieces with your hands. The size of the pieces is your choice. It seemed to me that relatively small ones would be saturated with cream faster and create a more homogeneous mass for modeling.
If desired, you can fry the nuts (it’s tastier this way, and I prefer to peel the skin) - in a dry frying pan, stirring.
We crush the nuts with a rolling pin, but not into “dust,” of course. Leave small pieces.
Now the cream.
Beat the soft butter with a mixer for a couple of minutes until fluffy, add boiled condensed milk, vanilla sugar and beat the cream until smooth. According to the amount of cream. This is also individual. In my opinion, one can of condensed milk with a stick of butter is not enough. Therefore, I added a second can of boiled condensed milk. It was store-bought and too thick - I decided to add another 70 grams of sour cream. (Hence, by the way, the idea - cream can be made not only from condensed milk with butter, but also from condensed milk with sour cream! This is a question not only of taste, but also of the fat content of the cake.)
Mix the dough crumbs, nuts and cream.
Place the resulting mass in the refrigerator. At this stage, the anthill cake is ready.
But we continue and create a cake in the shape of a snake. After half an hour, the condensed milk mass will “set” a little in the refrigerator and it will be easy to fashion anything from it, for example a snake.
Decorating a snake gives you complete freedom to your imagination. It seemed to me that the easiest way was to grate white chocolate and melt dark chocolate with milk in a water bath. I tried to depict flowers using dark chocolate in a pastry bag (or maybe in a plastic file with a cut corner) (like Scarapea in the cartoon), but alas, it turned out something abstract.) You can sprinkle the “Snake” cake with coconut shavings, for example blue (and remember Bazhov’s fairy tales)…
The eyes are two candies. The cilia are thin strips of prunes. The crown is carved from five marmalade lemon slices, which are simply placed next to each other.
Mint - as a green herb.
The little dryer is a magic ring that will make wishes come true in the New Year.) Leave the “Snake” cake in the refrigerator for a couple of hours (I tried it already in the morning).
Cute and very tasty!

Cake “Anthill: classic recipe

Ingredients

  • Flour - 3.5 cups.
  • Sugar - ½ cup.
  • Sour cream – 200 g
  • Margarine (or butter) - 200 g
  • Salt (pinch)
  • Soda - ½ tsp.
  • Condensed milk (boiled) - 1 jar.
  • Oil - 200 g
Sift the flour.
Add margarine, sugar, sour cream to the flour and mix everything (I usually don’t add salt and soda, but if you want, now is the time to do it). Knead the dough (I do this by hand).
Pass the dough through a meat grinder.
And place it on a baking sheet. Bake at 180 C until golden brown. If your oven is not working well, take the cookies out as they cook so they don’t burn.
While the dough is baking, prepare the cream: put butter in a bowl, open the boiled condensed milk (you need to cook it for 1.5 hours).
Beat butter with condensed milk until smooth.
The cookies are ready. (Some people stop at this stage - the cookies are very tasty with tea).
Place all the cookies in a bowl and crush with a masher.
This is the consistency. There will be not only grains, but also crumbs, don’t be alarmed, they only help hold the cake together later. Don’t push everything into torture, there must be pieces!!!
Pour cream into crumbs.
Mix everything thoroughly.
Take a large smooth plate and lay out the cake in a mound. Like this.
Place the cake in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours so that the cake “sets.” Better for the night. Then we take it out and eat it. Here's a cross-section of the cake.

How to make Anthill cake (classic recipe at home)

Mix softened butter with sour cream using a spoon. Beat in two eggs.

You can use a mixer to combine these ingredients. Be prepared for the mixture to become grainy, similar to cottage cheese. This happens due to temperature differences (if, for example, you mix warm butter with cold sour cream).

Sift flour (500 g) into a separate bowl, add baking powder (1 tbsp) and salt (at the tip of a knife).

Mix using a regular whisk or spoon (the better the baking powder is distributed in the flour), the more crumbly the dough will be. This recipe contains a large amount of baking powder, so it is especially important to use good quality baking powder. You can do it (follow the link to read the instructions).

Now our task is to knead the dough from liquid and dry ingredients.

Gradually add flour and baking powder, combining with a spoon or your hands.

When the flour is completely added, it will become impossible to stir with a spoon, put it aside and start kneading with your hands. You can place the dough on a surface dusted with flour, this will make kneading easier.

The dough should be slightly sticky to your hands. Wrap it in cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour. The butter in the dough will cool, become harder and we can turn it through a meat grinder.

Cut the chilled dough into pieces and place in a meat grinder. Prepare a baking sheet in advance (I cover it with a Teflon mat, you can use baking paper, a silicone mat, etc.)

We pass the dough through a meat grinder and tear it off in small portions of 15-20 cm in length.

Place these “braids” of dough on a baking sheet.

Place the Anthill dough into a preheated oven at 180 C to bake. I wait until the surface is slightly browned (it takes 15-20 minutes) and take it out. Oven mode "Top-Bottom".

I let the liver cool a little and break it into pieces (you can use a knife, you can use your hands, whichever is more convenient for you).

Return the chopped pieces to the oven for 7-10 minutes (so that they brown evenly).

When finished, my material for the anthill looks like this:

Anthill cake according to the classic recipe

List of ingredients

Dough

Margarine100 g
Sour cream100 g
Flour450-500 g
Sugar80-100 g
Soda1 tsp.

Cream

  • butter – 100 g;
  • can of condensed milk.

Preparation

  • Before starting cooking, boil the condensed milk for 1.5 hours. To do this, put it in a pan with water. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. After this, place the closed jar in cold water and cool completely. Only after this can you open the jar. If you want, you can use unboiled condensed milk.
  • Remove the butter from the refrigerator. For the cream we will need it in a softened form.

Dough

  1. Take margarine, cut into pieces and melt in a small metal container. I like to use high-quality creamy margarine for baking, which can easily be replaced with butter if desired.
  2. Place the required amount of sour cream in a deep container for dough and pour soda into it. Stir and leave for 2 minutes so that a reaction begins between the soda and sour cream. If you want to add baking powder to the dough instead of soda, you will need to mix it and sift it with flour.
  3. Pour margarine into a container with sour cream and add sugar. Mix thoroughly until the grains dissolve.
  4. Add the prepared flour in portions and knead. At first you should get a slightly crumbly mass, which with further kneading will gather into a more homogeneous dough.
  5. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
  6. Divide the dough into lumps and roll them into sausages, the thickness of which will fit into the hole in the meat grinder.
  7. Pass the dough sausages through a meat grinder.
  8. We spread the resulting worms in a thin layer on a baking sheet previously covered with parchment. Instead of parchment, you can use a silicone sheet.

Delicious recipe! To prevent the pie from burning in the oven

Or you can prepare it according to the second option:

  1. Wrap the sausages in film and place in the freezer for 20 minutes.
  2. Remove and grate with the large side of a grater directly onto a lined baking sheet. Spread into a thin layer.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes in the middle position in an oven preheated to 180° until lightly browned. If you overdo it, the worms will turn out tough.
  4. During baking, you can prepare the cream. To do this, put a little more than half of the condensed milk and butter into the mixer bowl.
  5. Beat the contents until smooth.
  6. Grind the cooled worms by hand into coarse crumbs. If desired, you can mix them with nuts, dried and crushed to crumb size. Instead of nuts, I sometimes add shelled and toasted seeds.
  7. Transfer the crumbs into a container with cream and mix. You can add raisins or dried apricots.
  8. Let's start forming the cakes. I adapted to do this in a plastic half from a large kinder. You can use muffin tins or other suitable containers. The mold must be moistened with water each time.
  9. Fill the mold with the prepared mixture and press it very tightly with a spoon.
  10. Remove the cake from the pan and place it on a prepared plate.
  11. Continue in this manner until all the cakes are formed.
  12. If desired, melt the chocolate, scoop it onto a spoon and quickly and chaotically pour it over the anthills in a thin stream. You can also roll them in poppy seeds, coconut flakes or toasted sesame seeds.
  13. We soak the anthills for at least 40 minutes.
  14. Brew coffee or tea and serve.

Using the site's recipes, you can prepare many other delicious cakes, including Korzinochka Cake, the original and delicate Boucher Cake.
