What you will need:

- Green radish (1 small root vegetable)
- Ginger, grated (1 teaspoon)
- 10 percent cream (100 milliliters)
- Lemon juice (2 teaspoons)
- Soy sauce and herbs – adjust to taste.
Preparation of sea cocktail in cream:
1. Peel and finely chop the onion. Scald with boiling water, sprinkle with citrus juice, add salt and sprinkle with sugar (the listed ingredients are taken separately - those stated in the composition will be used further).
2. Leave the onion to marinate. Meanwhile, rinse and peel the radishes, and grate them using a Korean carrot grater.
3. Drain excess liquid from the seafood cocktail.
4. Place the cream in a saucepan. Bringing to a boil, pour in spicy soy sauce (due to its presence, the dish does not need salt) and lemon juice, add half a teaspoon of sugar.
5. Immerse assorted seafood in a saucepan. Bring, stirring, to a boil. Readiness should be assessed by the condition of the squid; it is very important not to overcook the food on the fire.
6. Add finely grated ginger, and with it chopped greens. Taking the saucepan off the stove, add the chopped radish.

As everyone is well aware, seafood is considered a very nutritious and healthy food. It is very important that everyone’s diet includes at least some of these foods. That is why I would like to offer you several recipes for preparing such a common side dish as rice combined with seafood.
Rice with seafood - Portuguese recipe
Products for cooking:
- saffron - a pinch;
- olive oil;
- bulb;
- garlic - 5-6 cloves;
- canned anchovies - 10-12 pieces;
- Bay leaf;
- Lisbon pasta - 3-4 tablespoons;
- rice - 2 cups;
- dry white wine - half a glass;
- sea fish fillet - 450 g;
- canned tomatoes - a glass;
- mussels - 10-12 pieces;
- crab meat - about 320 g;
- squid meat - 420 g;
- king prawns - 9-11 pieces;
- red pepper - 2-3 pieces;
- salt.
First you need to soak the saffron for 22 minutes in one and a half liters of hot broth. Then thinly slice the onion and chop the garlic with a knife. Then bring the broth, prepared in advance, to a boil over low heat and keep it hot.
Prepare Lisbon pasta. To do this, you need to preheat the oven to 185 degrees and place the peppers in it, greased with olive oil. Bake them for 16 minutes, then peel the skin, seeds and cut each pepper in half. Now the pepper needs to be sprinkled with salt, covered with cling film and left to brew for some time at room temperature. Then put it in a saucepan, add water and boil for 3-4 minutes. Then drain the water and cool. In a blender, combine garlic, paprika, salt, spices and roasted pepper. Lisbon pasta is ready.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic and onion in it, stirring constantly. Then add anchovies, Lisbon paste and bay leaf. Cook all this for about two minutes, then add rice and mix thoroughly. After this, pour in the wine and add the tomatoes.
Cook everything over low heat, stirring all the time. Then add hot broth (5 cups) in portions over 20 minutes. Then add seafood and add the remaining broth. The dish is cooked until the mussels open. Serve rice with seafood, the recipe for which is described above, sprinkled with herbs and garnished with olives.
Rice with seafood - recipe with vegetables
For preparation:
- seafood mixture (to taste) - 550 g;
- rice - 330 g;
- red bell pepper - a couple of pieces;
- celery - 1 stalk;
- olive oil.
If you are using frozen seafood, then you need to defrost it at room temperature in advance. Then boil them in salted water. Now cut the pepper lengthwise into two parts, remove the seeds and cut into strips. Fry the rice a little in a frying pan with oil, then pour in 760 ml of water. Then add salt and simmer for about 14 minutes over low heat with the lid closed.
Meanwhile, peel the celery, rinse and chop. Then lightly fry it in a separate frying pan. After a couple of minutes, add the pepper cut into strips, pour in a little water and mix everything. Cook for another 12 minutes. When everything is ready, you need to put the dish on a large plate, and place seafood and vegetables on top. Fried rice with seafood is very tasty and filling. Rice with seafood - recipe with garlic
Ingredients for cooking:
- mussels - 450 g;
- bulb;
- garlic - a couple of cloves;
- carrots - 1 piece;
- salt, butter;
- rice - 230 g;
- saffron;
- broth - half a liter;
- white wine - glass;
- Bay leaf;
- shrimp - 340 g;
- canned tuna - 130 g;
- thyme - sprig.
Initially, you should keep the mussels in cool water, then boil them in salted water until they open. Now finely chop the chives and onions. Chop the carrots into thin slices, then mix all the vegetables and simmer for about 6 minutes in a frying pan with some oil. To do this, take a deep frying pan so that the rice can fit in it. After the vegetables have stewed a little, you need to add rice and salt.
Now you need to pour cold water over the saffron and hold for a while. After some time, add it to the broth along with the wine and pour the resulting mixture over the vegetables. Place a bay leaf in it and simmer with the lid closed. After this, place the vessel in the oven, where the rice should be cooked for an hour at 185 degrees. At the end of cooking, add mussels, shrimp, thyme to the rice and leave for another 17 minutes. Excellent seafood pilaf is ready!

I’ll tell you how to quickly and deliciously cook squid in batter. So, first, sprinkle the squid rings with spices and do not add salt! Let's prepare the batter. Pour a mixture of water and milk into the beaten egg (you can only use milk), add salt and also add spices to taste. Do not add the sifted flour immediately so that the batter reaches the desired consistency. The oil should be very hot - either in a frying pan or in a saucepan. Place all the rings in the batter and, removing them with a fork, place them one by one in the boiling oil. All you have to do is let them brown on both sides and you're done. The squid turns out so tender! Especially if you don’t serve it right away. I like to place this beauty on a napkin to get rid of any excess oil.

Easy preparation of stuffed squid with vegetables
The recipe is simple because boiled squid carcasses (preferably cleaned in a store) just need to be stuffed. Therefore, let's first boil the squid for 5 minutes and remove the films from them when they have cooled. The rest is also simple. I fried separately chopped vegetables (except tomatoes) in oil, and then, taking them out, simmered the rice. Then, having connected it, she poured it with water so that it covered her finger. As soon as it boils, cover with a lid and evaporate the moisture. About 10 minutes before turning off, send the frozen ingredients, without defrosting, and the tomato pieces. Salt and season with spices to taste. As soon as the mass has cooled, you can stuff squid carcasses with it. All is ready. Can be cut into pieces. But, if you would like to serve hot, reheat in the oven in some hot or mild sauce before serving.

If everything is ready (and the rice has cooled), spread a sheet of nori on a mat and with wet hands, lay out a thin layer of rice, and on top of it, layers of everything we cut. Let's roll the roll (for convenience, you can wrap the mat in plastic), starting from the near edge and pressing lightly with your fingers as you go. Cut the rolls only with a sharp knife, because a dull knife will tear the edges of the nori!

What you will need:
- Frozen seafood platter (100 grams)
- Dry white wine (3 tablespoons)
- Basmati rice (150 grams)
- Lemon juice (1 teaspoon)

After about 5 minutes, you can fry everything in very hot oil (or you can skip this step altogether and then cook it in the sauce). Peel the garlic and grate it directly into the cream. Boil the cream, salt it to taste and pour in the rum. If you don’t have rum, you can take any alcohol; cognac will look especially nice here. As soon as the mixture boils, add seafood to it. What you will need:
- seafood cocktail - 250 g;

Preparation:

How to make a seafood cocktail
Seafood is an excellent low-calorie food option that contains maximum beneficial properties. The most affordable type of seafood remains a seafood cocktail mix of shrimp, mussels, squid and octopus. As a rule, we receive a frozen seafood cocktail, packaged in bags or vacuum-packed. You can always quickly prepare a light dish, the main ingredient of which will be a seafood cocktail, by having a package or two of fresh seafood in the freezer.
Sea cocktail salad
Ingredients:
- Sea cocktail – 0.5 kg.
- Cherry tomatoes – 100 gr.
- Iceberg lettuce – 1/3 head
- Beijing cabbage – 1/3 head
- Crab meat – 1 can
- Olive oil – 3 tbsp. l.
- Soy sauce – 1 tbsp. l.
- Salt - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste.
Without defrosting, place the seafood cocktail in a frying pan with olive oil, cook until the water has completely evaporated, add soy sauce, stir and fry over high heat for 2-3 minutes. Coarsely chop the iceberg and Chinese cabbage, cut the cherry tomatoes in half or into quarters if the tomatoes are large. Mix with crab meat, cooled seafood cocktail, season with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Potato pancakes with sea cocktail
Ingredients:
- Sea cocktail – 0.5 kg.
- Potatoes – 5-6 pcs.
- Onions – 1 pc.
- Dill – 1/2 bunch
- Wheat flour – 2 tbsp. l.
- Sour cream – 2 tbsp. l.
- Egg – 1 pc.
- Sunflower oil - for frying

Thaw the seafood cocktail. Wash the potatoes, peel and grate on a coarse grater. Chop the onion (you can grate it on a fine grater), mix with potatoes, egg, sour cream, flour and finely chopped dill. Add salt and pepper to the potato batter and mix well. Drain the sea cocktail, squeeze it a little and add it to the potato mixture. Place a tablespoon into a frying pan with heated oil, lightly leveling. Fry on both sides for 3-4 minutes.
Pizza with sea cocktail
Ingredients:
- Pizza dough – 300 gr.
- Sea cocktail – 0.5 kg.
- Russian cheese – 200 gr.
- Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp. l.
- Ketchup – 2 tbsp. l.
- Pizza seasoning – 2 tsp.
- Olive oil – 1 tbsp. l.
Defrost the sea cocktail, drain the water. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet or pizza pan, drizzle with olive oil and coat with ketchup. Mix the seafood cocktail with mayonnaise and spread on the crust. Sprinkle generously with grated cheese (you can mix several types) and seasoning. Bake in an oven preheated to 220 degrees in the “Pizza” mode on the lower level for 15-20 minutes.
Sea cocktail in white wine
Ingredients:
- Sea cocktail – 0.5 kg.
- Onions – 1 pc.
- Garlic – 2 teeth.
- Dry white wine – 1 tbsp.
- Ghee butter – 2 tbsp. l.
- Salt - to taste
- White pepper - to taste.
Thaw the seafood cocktail by placing it in a colander. Finely chop the onion and garlic, fry in oil until transparent, add the sea cocktail and cook, stirring, for 7-10 minutes. Pour in the wine, let it boil, stir and reduce the heat to medium. Add salt and pepper, simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with steamed vegetables and rice.
Sea cocktail with rice noodles
Ingredients:
- Sea cocktail – 0.5 kg.
- Rice noodles – 100 gr.
- Bell pepper – 1 pc.
- Onions – 1 pc.
- Carrots – 1 pc.
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Soy sauce – 3 tbsp. l.
- Olive oil – 1 tbsp. l.
- Salt - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste.
Peel and chop the vegetables, carrots and peppers into thin strips, onions and garlic into small cubes. Heat the oil, fry the garlic and onion for 2 minutes, add the seafood cocktail, after 4 minutes add the pepper and carrots. Stir, cook for 5 minutes. Pour boiling water over rice noodles for five minutes, drain the water, and place the noodles in a frying pan. Stir vigorously, add salt and pepper and remove from heat.
Rice with sea cocktail
Ingredients:
- Sea cocktail – 0.5 kg.
- Krasnodar rice – 1 tbsp.
- Onions – 1 pc.
- Bell pepper – 1 pc.
- Zucchini – 1/2 pcs.
- Peas – 400 gr.
- Garlic – 3 teeth.
- Sunflower oil – 2 tbsp. l.
- Curry – 1/2 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste.
Cut the onion into thin half rings, the pepper and zucchini into cubes, chop the garlic. Thaw the seafood cocktail and drain the water. Fry onion and garlic in hot oil for 2 minutes, add seafood cocktail, chopped vegetables, stir and cook for 2-3 minutes. If necessary, add a little boiled water. Simmer for 5 minutes. Boil the rice until tender, add to the dish and mix well. Heat through and remove from heat.
