  • 3-4 onions;
  • a small head of garlic;
  • vegetable oil (80 g);
  • spices, salt, pepper to taste.

Cooking method:

  1. The pork is cut into thin portions and beaten, placed in a container, sprinkled with salt and spices, and left warm for up to half an hour.
  2. The cheese slice should be grated coarsely, the onion should be cut into thin rings, and the potatoes first into mugs, and then into two more parts.

  • Beef tenderloin, preferably from an apple – 800 gr.
  • Large onion.
  • Hard cheese – 150 gr.
  • Margarine (butter) – a piece for greasing the mold.
  • Pepper, salt.
  • Mayonnaise – 5 large spoons.

Step by step recipe:

For cooking, I advise you to take the pulp from an animal’s apple, it contains the most tender soft meat.

Rinse the piece and be sure to dry it with a paper towel. Divide into pieces. Correctly cut the beef across the grain, making the pieces approximately 1.5 cm thick.

Cover the pieces with cling film and carefully beat them with a hammer, reducing the thickness of the pieces to a centimeter. Beat on both sides.

Season the chops with salt and pepper on one side.

Be sure to grease the cooking pan so that the pieces do not stick (ready meat will be difficult to remove).
