  • 340 g canned corn
  • 300 g pickled mushrooms
  • 6 cucumbers
  • 340 g ham
  • 60 g green onions
  • 4 tbsp. l. mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper

Preparation:

  1. Cut the ham and cucumbers into strips, and the mushrooms into thin slices.
  2. Drain the liquid from the corn and pour into a salad bowl.
  3. Add chopped ingredients and chopped onion to it. Season the salad with mayonnaise, salt and pepper and mix well. Serve the finished dish immediately to the table.

Chinese cabbage salad “Charm”

Chinese cabbage is one of the most versatile products that can harmonize with many ingredients. To prepare “Charm” you will need:

  • 250 gr. Chinese cabbage
  • 100 gr. corn
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 100 gr. green onions
  • lemon juice/sunflower oil

Diet salads made from Chinese cabbage contain many vitamins, which are especially useful for girls who are losing weight.

  1. Peking cabbage must be finely chopped, then put in a deep bowl, and add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. You need to drain the water from the canned corn and mix it with the resulting mixture.
  3. You can season the salad with either lemon juice or sunflower oil.
  4. Green onions are usually used to decorate salads.

Diet salad

Ingredients:

  • 500 g Chinese cabbage
  • 1 carrot
  • 340 g canned corn
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice
  • bunch of dill
  • 2 tbsp. l. olive oil
  • salt

Preparation:

  1. Finely chop the Chinese cabbage and sprinkle it with salt so that it releases its juice.
  2. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, and drain the juice from the corn. Finely chop the dill.
  3. Mix the salad dressing from olive oil, pressed garlic and a tablespoon of lemon juice.
  4. Combine all ingredients, add oil and mix well. Before serving, the salad can be sprinkled with a small amount of dill or green onions.

Salad "Bullfight"

Ingredients:

  • 3 tomatoes
  • 250 g crab sticks
  • 300 g canned corn
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 200 g mozzarella
  • croutons for decoration

Preparation:

  1. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes, drain the juice and mix with the garlic passed through a press. Place them in the first layer in the bowl on which you will serve the salad. Coat each layer with mayonnaise.
  2. Cut the crab sticks and place on top of the tomatoes.
  3. Drain the corn and pour on top of the crab sticks, carefully smoothing with a spoon.
  4. Top everything with coarsely grated cheese, brush with mayonnaise and decorate with croutons. Serve the finished salad immediately.

Using canned corn in salads

Canned corn is one of the most common ingredients for various types of salads. It can be equally successfully added to both vegetable dishes and meat salad recipes. Usually, when you think of canned corn, the first thing that comes to mind is a salad with crab sticks.

However, not only festive, but also everyday dishes are prepared with corn grains. And almost all of these recipes are quick and easy.

Despite all the usefulness of this cereal, the consumption of corn should be limited to people with reduced appetite and a tendency to thrombosis.

Salad "Mitten"

Ingredients:

  • 200 g cooked rice
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g crab sticks
  • 150 g canned corn
  • 3 tbsp. l. mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper

Preparation:

  1. Boil the rice in lightly salted water until it is crumbly.
  2. Hard boil the eggs, peel and cut into small cubes. Leave one white and two yolks for decoration.
  3. Cut the crab sticks into cubes, place them in a salad bowl, add corn, rice, eggs, mayonnaise, spices and mix well.
  4. On a large platter, form the lettuce into a “mitten.” Make a fluff out of the white grated on a fine grater, and cover the rest with chopped yolk. Decorate the “mitten” to your taste and you can serve it right away.

Sea kale salad “Special”

To prepare the salad you will need:

  • 300 gr. seaweed
  • 4 things. chicken eggs
  • 1 PC. Luke
  • vegetable oil to taste

Sea kale is rich in beneficial properties and high iodine content. Dietary seaweed salad is not only easy to prepare, but also very healthy. The salad has a rather unusual taste, which is why it received such an original name.

  1. You need to start preparing the salad by peeling the onions, which then need to be finely chopped.
  2. Eggs in the salad are used boiled, after which they should also be cut into pieces.
  3. Wash the seaweed, peel it and add it chopped to a plate with the eggs and onions. Season the resulting mass with vegetable oil.
  4. If desired, the salad can be beautifully decorated with fresh herbs.

Chicken and corn salad

Ingredients:

  • 500 g chicken fillet
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 150 g canned corn
  • 150 g lettuce
  • 1 red onion
  • 50 g dill
  • 6 tbsp. l. natural yogurt
  • salt and pepper

Preparation:

  1. Cut the fillet into thin layers, add salt and pepper and fry until done in a dry frying pan.
  2. Cut the cucumber, celery and cooled fillet into small slices.
  3. Chop the onion and dill as finely as possible, add yogurt to them, add salt and mix well.
  4. Line a large dish with lettuce leaves. In a separate container, mix all the chopped ingredients, place on a dish, pour over the dressing and serve immediately.

Salad with fresh cabbage and corn

I have a lot of recipes for simple and tasty salads in my culinary collection, but most often I prepare vegetable ones for my family. Fresh cabbage, carrots, radishes, onions, cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce, garlic are vegetables rich in vitamins and fiber.

Recipes for vegetable salads, as a rule, contain vegetable oil, which is used as a dressing. I mainly use refined sunflower (flavorless), but I really love salads with olive oil.

This salad recipe is without mayonnaise - we will also season it with vegetable oil to taste.

Royal salad

Ingredients:

  • 7 crab sticks
  • 1 orange
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 100 g corn
  • 2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise

Preparation:

  1. Boil hard-boiled eggs and cut into small cubes, and thawed crab sticks into small slices.
  2. Peel the orange, remove the membrane from each segment and then cut into small pieces. Chop the garlic with a knife.
  3. Combine all ingredients, season with mayonnaise and mix gently. Serve the finished salad immediately.

Dietary cabbage and carrot salad

This version of the diet salad is more satisfying, as it includes legumes, which are also considered dietary foods due to their healthfulness and low calorie content. A great option to please your loved ones for dinner.

Products (for 4 servings):

  • Beetroot – 210 g;
  • Carrot – 180 g;
  • Onion – 110 g;
  • Pickled cucumbers – 170 g;
  • Peas – 90 g;
  • Cabbage – 280 g;
  • Vegetable oil – 50 ml;
  • Mustard with grains – 20 g;
  • Wine vinegar – 25 g;
  • Salt – 7 g;
  • Sugar – 5 g.

Cabbage salad diet:

  1. Peel the beets and carrots and grate them.
  2. Peel the onion and chop into half rings.
  3. Cut the cucumbers into cubes.
  4. Chop the cabbage, peeled and washed.
  5. Place the peas in a colander and drain off the excess marinade.
  6. For dressing, mix mustard, vinegar, salt and sugar with vegetable oil.
  7. Combine the prepared ingredients, pour over the dressing and stir.

The process of preparing dietary salads is not complicated; it consists of chopping the products that are used to create a snack. Basically, the dishes contain fresh vegetables that need to be washed and peeled, and then cut with a knife or grated. In any case, it doesn’t take much time, so you can very quickly create an easy and nutritious treat that is sure to delight those present.

Salad with squid

Ingredients:

  • 150 g Chinese cabbage
  • 150 g crab sticks
  • 1 squid
  • 150 g canned corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp. l. mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 50 g greens
  • salt and pepper

Preparation:

  1. Finely chop the cabbage and crush it a little with your hands. Chop the crab sticks finely and add to the cabbage.
  2. Boil the squid in lightly salted water, then cool and cut into strips. Chop the hard-boiled eggs into cubes.
  3. Combine all ingredients, add corn, herbs and pressed garlic. Then season the salad with salt, pepper and mayonnaise. Before serving, place in a salad bowl and garnish with sprigs of herbs.

Cabbage salad with tomatoes and beans

Number of servings: 4.

For preparation you will need:

  • 1 tomato;
  • Chinese cabbage – 100 g;
  • can of corn;
  • garlic – 1.5 cloves;
  • a can of canned red beans;
  • 40 g ketchup and mayonnaise.

Cooking will take 10-15 minutes.

100 grams contains 272 kcal.

Sequencing:

  1. The cabbage is finely shredded, the tomatoes and garlic are cut into cubes. Excess liquid is drained from canned jars;
  2. All ingredients are added to the bowl and then mixed;
  3. The salad is dressed with mayonnaise and ketchup. You can add a little salt.
  1. It is advisable to use only fresh ingredients as products for the dish. You should not add onions fried yesterday, and so on, to the salad;
  2. It is recommended to use fresh herbs as a decoration when serving the salad;

To prepare a healthy recipe for fresh cabbage salad we will need:

300 grams of fresh young white cabbage;

3 fresh cucumbers;

a jar of canned corn (if you have fresh corn, it is better to cook it fresh);

one tomato;

200 grams of fresh goat cheese;

salt, pepper to taste;

olive oil.

Fresh cabbage salad recipe

Open the can of corn, drain the liquid in it and pour it into a deep dish.

We wash the tomatoes well in running water, remove the parts we don’t need and cut them into small slices.

We also wash the cucumbers and peel them. This way we will get rid of excess nitrates (if the cucumbers are too early or in the greenhouse).

It’s better to take, of course, dirt ones.

Cut them into equal-sized half rings.

Finely chop the fresh cabbage and knead it a little with your hands.

Cut the cheese into small cubes. By the way, any salad with cheese. very helpful.

Place all ingredients in a dish. To brighten the taste, add salt.

Let's pepper it. Black pepper is the best way to add a spicy kick to cabbage and corn salad.

Those who don’t like black pepper can replace it with red or ground ginger.

Season all fresh salad with olive oil. If you don't have it, you can use sunflower oil, but it must be refined, because... the smell of unrefined will overwhelm the aroma of vegetables.

Mix everything. Fresh salad is ready to eat.
