Finger-licking salads are a big hit with everyone without exception. They can be stored for a whole year, and in winter they become an important immunity-boosting addition to both everyday and holiday tables.
The preparation process is quite labor-intensive, but the result is excellent.
Ingredients:
- tomatoes – 1 kilogram;
- cabbage – 1 kilogram;
- carrots – 1 kilogram;
- onions – ½ kilogram;
- vegetable oil – 300 milliliters;
- 9% vinegar – 6 tablespoons;
- salt – 6 tablespoons;
- sugar – 6 tablespoons;
- ground red pepper – ½ teaspoon;
- ground black pepper – 1 teaspoon;
- coriander – ½ teaspoon.
Sterilized jars are used as containers.
Step 1. Wash all the vegetables, peel the onions and carrots. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes; cabbage - into small strips; onion - in half rings (how to cook onion soup for weight loss is described here); pepper - strips; carrots - three on a coarse grater.
Step 2. Now we need to lightly fry (sauté) the onions and peppers separately in oil. To do this, you will either need several frying pans, or you will have to wash the frying pan after each session. We fry it just until softened – we don’t need a golden crust.
Step 3. Lightly fry the carrots, and as soon as they begin to soften, add tomatoes to them and simmer for 7 minutes.
Step 4. Transfer all the sautéed vegetables into a fairly large saucepan and boil for 5 minutes.
Step 5. Add the cabbage in portions (it shrinks quite a lot), and after adding it all, simmer for another 10 minutes, stirring.
Step 6. At the end of stewing, add spices, salt and sugar and pour vinegar into the mixture. Mix well.
Step 7. While the salad is hot, immediately begin to place it in sterile jars and roll up with sterile lids.

Here’s an interesting and healthy version of everyone’s favorite “Crab Salad.” We cut half a head of cabbage and mash it with our hands for juiciness. Salt, pepper and season with oil. Japanese fresh cabbage salad
This salad is all about the dressing. It is prepared using soy sauce. So for refueling we need:

Cabbage and Feta Salad
Everything is of course simple. Chop the cabbage, add the available vegetables (sweet peppers, cucumbers), herbs. Season the salad with vegetable oil. And top with diced Feta cheese or cheese (broken into pieces). This is just an incredibly delicious salad.
American diet salad
It is Americans who love adding apples to non-sweet salads. But such a different combination of tastes: salty and sweet - very piquant. This salad also turns out very fresh. Some nutrition experts call it a detox salad. What you need for this yummy:
- cabbage
- apple
- raisin
- walnuts
- yogurt
The apple is cut into long strips in the style of shredded cabbage. The raisins need to be washed and pre-soaked for 20-30 minutes. Chop the nuts into small pieces. If you decide to serve this salad on a holiday table, you can replace the walnuts with almonds. It will also be delicious.
The salad is dressed with yogurt, but not sweet and without any additives. You can use homemade sour milk. If this is not very tasty for you, the classic American salad is simply sprinkled with lemon juice.

Fresh cauliflower salad with apple
Traditionally, cauliflower is boiled before consumption. In fact, it is very tasty raw. Raw cauliflower salad turns out crispy, fresh, truly spring and full of vitamins.
Recipe ingredients:
- cauliflower300 g.
- carrots 1 pc.
- apple 1 pc.
- dillsmall bunch
- Provencal mayonnaise 100 ml.
- lemon 1/2 pcs.

Cooking method:

Surely, rarely does anyone risk preparing salads with seaweed and sausages. Surprisingly, the dish turns out to be very tasty and unusual.
Ingredients:
- half a kilo of seaweed;
- 30 ml. vinegar;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- 20 ml. soy sauce;
- a couple of fresh cucumbers;
- 200 grams of p/c sausage;
Preparation:
Boil seaweed in water with a tablespoon of vinegar. Cooking time: one minute after boiling.
Drain the cabbage in a colander, rinse, and place in a deep container. The product is seasoned with soy sauce, crushed garlic and mixed.
Chop the sausage and cucumbers into strips.
Place cabbage, sausage, and cucumbers in layers on a flat plate. Season the last layer thoroughly with mayonnaise. The salad can be mixed as desired.
Vegetable salad on the holiday table
Preparation: Boil beets, potatoes, carrots and eggs. Finely chop the onion, marinate in vinegar and water (1:1). Chop the nuts. Grate vegetables, apples, cheese and eggs (whites and yolks separately) on a coarse grater. Combine the ingredients together with the sweet pepper ground into a paste. Season the salad with a small amount of vegetable oil.
Purple cabbage and daikon radish salad
Ingredients:
- red cabbage – 200 g,
- green onions - 3-4 feathers,
- lettuce leaves - 3-4 pieces,
- fresh daikon radish – 50 g,
- canned green peas – 100-120 g,
- fresh basil and parsley - 2-3 sprigs each,
- olive oil – 1 teaspoon,
- soy sauce – 1 teaspoon.
Preparation:
1. This salad is layered first, so grab your holiday platter right away. Tear the washed and dried lettuce leaves into small squares with your hands and place them throughout the dish as the first layer.
2. Place a second layer of thinly shredded red cabbage.
3. Try to cut the daikon radish into slices as thin as possible so that they all show through. You can use a special vegetable peeler for this. Place the resulting daikon slices on top of the cabbage.
4. Sprinkle washed canned peas on the radish.
5. Finely chop the green onions, basil and parsley, sprinkle them on top of the salad. Pour soy sauce and olive oil, stir a little and serve a magnificent, aromatic, bright and super-vitamin salad.

Crispy cabbage leaves in a fragrant batter and a very tender, spicy filling of cottage cheese and cheese: you definitely haven’t tried anything like this before. If your family doesn’t like cabbage, just don’t say what the pies are made of until everyone has eaten it. Nobody will guess.
Ingredients:
- one head of cabbage (2-3 kilograms).
For filling:
- 300 grams of cottage cheese;
- 50 grams of hard cheese;
- half a teaspoon of salt;
- one fresh chicken egg;
- one tablespoon of butter;
- one bunch of dill.
For the batter:
- 300 milliliters of boiled chilled water;
- one fresh chicken egg;
- a third of a teaspoon of salt;
- ground black pepper - to taste;
- 200-250 grams of flour.
Step-by-step cooking process:
- First of all, we need to prepare the cabbage leaves. The more forks, the larger the top leaves (and the more convenient they are to use).
- We clear the top green leaves from the cabbage forks and carefully cut out the stalk with a knife.
- Place the forks in the microwave and turn on maximum power for 10 minutes. After this, the cabbage will be very easy to disassemble into leaves.
- Advice. I recommend using this technique when preparing cabbage rolls.
- Boil cabbage leaves in boiling water with added salt for 5-7 minutes, remove with a slotted spoon to a colander, and allow excess liquid to drain.
- At this time we will prepare the filling ourselves. Place cottage cheese of any fat content into a bowl and rub it thoroughly with a fork so that there are no grains. You can also use a blender.
- Add one chicken egg to the cottage cheese, a tablespoon of butter at room temperature (it must be removed from the refrigerator in advance).
- Grate a piece of hard cheese on a coarse grater and place it in a bowl with cottage cheese.
- Finely chop a bunch of green dill with a knife and mix with the curd mass.
- Salt and pepper all ingredients for the filling and mix thoroughly. If desired, you can also add garlic passed through a press to the filling.
- Advice. You can cook cabbage envelopes with absolutely any filling (to your taste) - or without it at all.
- Cut out a thick vein from the cooled cabbage leaves, distribute the filling, and fold the leaves into an envelope (flat).
- When all the preparations are made, prepare the batter.
- Break a chicken egg into a bowl, add salt and pepper (to taste), and cold water (put it in the refrigerator in advance). Mix everything thoroughly with a whisk.
- Gradually add flour to the egg mixture, mixing well with a whisk each time. You should get a homogeneous dough, as thick as pancakes.
- In a frying pan, preheat the refined sunflower oil.
- Dip cabbage envelopes in batter and place in a frying pan.
- Fry over medium heat, covered, until golden brown: about 3 minutes on each side.
Creamy salad with sausage
Another recipe for salad with sauerkraut is a great way to diversify your everyday meal!
Ingredients:
- 150 gr. Luke;
- 250 gr. half-smoked sausage;
- 60 gr. fat;
- a pack of cream;
- 100-150 gr. sauerkraut;
- salt, sugar.
Preparation:
Fry the chopped onion in fat along with the sausage cubes.
Season the sauerkraut with cream. Mix.
In a plate, mix fried onions and sausage, seasoned cabbage. Add a little salt and sugar and mix again.
