Ingredients:

  • Tomatoes – 250 g
  • Olives-50 g
  • Cucumbers – 200 g
  • Olive oil - 3 tbsp. l.
  • Onions – 70 g
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
  • Feta cheese – 300 g
  • Green pepper – 150 g

Preparation:

Cut the tomatoes into large pieces. Place in a common salad bowl.

Peel the cucumbers and cut into semicircular slices. Add to the salad bowl and mix with the tomatoes.

Peel the sweet pepper from all excess and cut into oblong slices. Add to bowl. Mix with other ingredients.

Thinly slice the onion into half rings. It is easier to separate the half rings into petals using your hands. Add to the rest of the vegetables and mix thoroughly.

Cut the cheese into rectangular slices and place on top of the salad.

To prevent Feta from sticking to the blade, you can first dip the knife in warm water.

It’s easiest to add pitted olives to the salad bowl, but you can remove them yourself by crushing them with a knife and removing the pit.

Greek salad, which is not high in calories, only 50 kcal per 100 g of product, is perfect for creating a diet menu. The recipe for homemade Greek salad with feta cheese can be varied if you replace the cheese with feta cheese, but you need to take into account the fat content of the feta cheese.

Ingredients:
  • Tomatoes – 2 pcs.;
  • Cucumber – 1 pc.;

  • Black olives – 10 pcs.;

  • feta cheese – 150 g
  • fresh cucumber – 1 pc.
  • capers – 1 tbsp. l.
  • dried oregano – 1/2 tsp.

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE

Step 1

Prepare red onion for Greek salad with feta cheese. Peel the onion, cut in half and cut into very thin half rings. Place in a small bowl.

Step 2

In another bowl, add red wine vinegar and olive oil. Beat lightly with a fork. Pour the resulting mixture over the onion, stir and leave for 20 minutes.

  • Olive oil – 3–4 tbsp.
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Salt - to taste
  • Tomatoes -800 g
  • Sweet paprika - to taste
  • Lemon – for drizzling
  • Basil (fresh) – to taste
  • Feta cheese jelly (if you couldn’t find ready-made, the recipe will be below) - 350 g
  • Pickled cucumber – 350 g
  • Tomato jelly (if you couldn’t find a ready-made one, the recipe will be below) – 350 g

Preparation:

Feta cheese jelly. Boil a third of a glass of cream, the same amount of milk and about 200 grams of feta with a pinch of oregano. Dissolve gelatin (7 grams) and agar (1 gram) in this mass. Pour this mass into a mold and refrigerate for 2 - 4 hours. Then pour sugar syrup over it.

Tomato jelly. Dissolve gelatin (7 grams) in a separate bowl with water. Boil chicken broth (100 grams), add gelatin, then tomato juice (350 grams) and seasonings to taste. Cook, stirring thoroughly for a few minutes, pour into the mold and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours.

For the sauce, place a saucepan or deep frying pan over high heat, fry the garlic, add tomatoes, a bunch of basil (whole) and paprika, wait until the liquid has evaporated and remove the basil. The sauce is ready.

  • 1 tsp salt;
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice;
  • 4 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil;
  • 1 tbsp. honey;
  • ¼ tsp. dry mustard;
  • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper;
  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano (oregano or marjoram);
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil.

Preparation progress:

1. First, prepare the salad dressing.

We make sure that while we are cutting vegetables, it brews.

Pour lemon juice and honey into olive oil. Then add black pepper and oregano. After basil, mustard and salt. Mix everything with a whisk and set aside.

2. Wash the bell pepper and remove the seeds. Cut it into large pieces. For beauty, you can take red and yellow options.

3. Wash the cucumbers. Cut off the noses and tails. Chop into large pieces into quarters.

If they are small, then cut into halves.

4. Wash the tomatoes and remove the stems. Cut each tomato into large pieces so that they are slightly larger than the previous pieces.

Ingredients:

  • Italian salad dressing 1 - 2 tbsp.
  • Cheese cheese - 75 g
  • Chickpeas (canned) – 1 can
  • Cucumber – 1 pc.
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Salt - to taste
  • Cherry tomatoes – 125g
  • Sweet red or white onion - half a head
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
  • Black olives or black olives – 90 – 100 g

Preparation:

  • “Bull's heart” tomatoes – 2 pcs;

Preparation:
