  6. Serve the finished salad on the table, sprinkle crispy croutons on top.

  • 7 cherry tomatoes;
  • 1 red onion;
  • garlic clove;

Before you start preparing a bean dish, the pods need to be boiled until tender. To do this, put water in a saucepan, put it on the stove, wait until it boils, then add salt and drop the bean pods into the salted boiling water. It should be noted that young beans are boiled for no more than 5-7 minutes, but overripe green beans need to be boiled for up to half an hour. We determine readiness by tasting the pod; if it is soft, it means it is ready.

You should not buy old beans, because over time they lose their taste and become very fibrous, but boiled young beans usually have a pleasant, delicate taste.

Then place the boiled beans in a colander, but do not rinse them. Now these almost ready-made beans can be added to any salads, casseroles, and even served as a side dish.

Green beans with pasta and herbs - how to cook?

Take half a kilo of regular pasta, boil in salted water until tender. Place in a colander, boil about the same amount of beans in a separate bowl and drain in a colander as well. After this, we take some of the pods and peel them. Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan and fry a finely chopped clove of garlic in it. Add the juice of half a lemon there. Place boiled pasta on top, add mint or basil, mix thoroughly, lay out the prepared green beans, mix, sprinkle with grated Parmesan and leave covered for 3 minutes. We serve our dish garnished with bean peas.

How to make a salad with zucchini, asparagus and red beans

Fry 200 g of zucchini in a small amount of olive oil (we clean it in advance and chop it finely). Just before the end of frying, add a clove of garlic (it needs to be finely chopped), canned red beans and about 200 g of green beans boiled in salted water in advance. Season with your favorite spices and cool. Before serving, sprinkle with fresh herbs.

How to cook delicious red beans?

First, before boiling, the red beans must be sorted; to do this, pour the beans onto a wide flat plate and disassemble it, that is, separate out the garbage, substandard beans and stones. Naturally, we remove grains with wrinkled skins, darkened or too light.

Then place the red beans in a colander and rinse under running cold water. And only after that we need to soak the beans for 8-10 hours. To do this, take a wide and deep saucepan, put thoroughly washed red beans there and add water so that the volume is twice as large as our beans.

The next morning, drain the water and add a fresh portion of water, about the same amount. Place the pan on the fire and bring the water to a boil. Then reduce the heat to medium and cook for about an hour, stirring regularly.

  • olive oil.

Preparation:

  1. Cut one small onion into half rings into a bowl. Add 1 tsp to it. sugar, tbsp. l. apple cider vinegar and 100 ml water. Leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Roast the nuts, then chop them with a knife.
  3. We also chop the parsley.
  4. Add the washed beans to the salad bowl, followed by the olives.
  5. Strain the onion through a sieve and place in a common bowl. Add olive oil, nuts, parsley, salt, and grate a clove of garlic. Mix and serve!

“Three jars” salad with three types of beans

This recipe is made with three types of beans and can be dressed with two types of dressing. The version with mustard is ideal for meat dishes, and with mint - for fish.

  • a bunch of green onions;
  • 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
  • 1 tbsp. l. grain mustard;
  • lemon juice.

Preparation:

  1. Let's prepare the dressing. To do this, combine 2 tsp. lemon juice, 3 tbsp. l. any vegetable oil, 2 tsp. grain mustard and chopped green onions.
  2. You can also prepare the dressing a little differently. Mix lemon juice with olive oil, black pepper and mint leaves.
  3. In a bowl, combine all three types of beans. Add our dressing and you're done. Serve with fish or meat dishes.

Simple salad with canned beans and croutons

The taste of this salad greatly depends on how you prepare the chicken fillet. If you simply boil the meat and not bake it in the oven, then you will also need to add spices and a little garlic to the dish.

Ingredients:

  • 280 g chicken fillet;
  • a jar of champignons in their own juice;
  • 2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;
  • can of canned beans;
  • spices, salt - to taste.

Preparation:

  1. Wash the fillet and place in a bowl. Add spices, I use rosemary seasoning for meat. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Then place the meat on a baking sheet. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for half an hour.
  3. After the meat has cooled, cut into small cubes and place in a bowl.
  4. Next, add champignons and beans to the meat, drain the liquid. At the end we season with mayonnaise.

The salad is very simple to prepare, but it turns out delicious. If desired, you can add greens to it, I used dill, but you can use any other. The recipe can be served both on a festive table and on everyday basis.

Ingredients:

  • 100 g pickled cucumbers;
  • 200 g fresh cucumbers;
  • 400 g canned beans;
  • 140 g boiled beef;
  • 2 boiled carrots;
  • 45 g mayonnaise.

Cooking method:

  1. Cut pickled cucumbers into small cubes.
  2. We also finely chop fresh cucumbers and carrots.
  3. We cut the meat into small pieces, I used beef from the neck, but any part of the carcass will do. Beef can be replaced with any other meat, or, in extreme cases, sausage.
  4. Combine the prepared products in a deep bowl.
  5. Add the washed beans, followed by mayonnaise. If desired, add a little salt and herbs.

Pork with beans

You will need:

  • Pork – 700 gr.
  • Beans – 400 gr.
  • Adjika – 2 tbsp. l.
  • Onion – 2 pcs.
  • Oil drain. – 80 gr.
  • Greenery.
  • Salt.
  • Pepper.

Wash the pork and cut into pieces, fry in a frying pan in butter. Add onion to the meat and fry for another 5 minutes. After this, add pre-soaked grains and adjika, pepper, salt and simmer for 20 minutes, adding a little water. Serve with greens.

Beans with lamb

You will need:

  • Lamb on the bone – 800 gr.
  • White bean grains – 350 gr.
  • Onion – 1 pc.
  • Ketchup – 3 tbsp. l.
  • Garlic – 5 cloves.
  • Sunflower oil.
  • Ground pepper.
  • Salt.
  • Greens (cilantro).

Place the lamb in a deep pan and cook. After the water boils, add well-soaked beans and allspice to the pan and cook for one hour. In a frying pan, fry onion and chopped garlic in vegetable oil; add ketchup and fry for another 3 minutes, transfer to a saucepan. Add salt and simmer for about half an hour, add cilantro.

Cutlets with beans

You will need:

  • Chicken fillet (or boiled potatoes) – 300 gr.
  • White bean grains – 1 kg.
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Carrots – 2 pcs.
  • Onion – 2 pcs.
  • Starch - 2 tbsp. l.
  • Pepper.
  • Salt.
  • Greenery.

Boil beans, carrots and chicken fillet (or potatoes), cool, and grind in a meat grinder. Add greens, eggs, starch, grate the onion. Season with pepper, add salt. Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for 20 minutes to allow the minced meat to set. Then form small cutlets, fry in a frying pan and drop to the table.

Goat cheese and pumpkin salad recipe

You will need:

  • Pumpkin – 400 gr.
  • White bean grains – 400 gr.
  • Goat cheese – 250 gr.
  • Mayonnaise.
  • Garlic – 4 cloves.

Cut the pumpkin into pieces and bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees in a pan greased with sunflower oil for about 30 minutes. Rinse precooked grains, or use canned beans. Break up the cheese. Prepare salad dressing. For this you need mayonnaise and garlic. Chop two cloves of peeled garlic and mix with mayonnaise. Season all ingredients with mayonnaise dressing and mix.

Recipe for salad with beans and salted herring

You will need:

  • Egg – 3 pcs.
  • Herring fillet – 150 gr.
  • Canned peas – 100 gr.
  • Canned. beans – 250 gr.
  • Carrots – 2 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise.
  • Ground pepper.
  • A sprig of parsley.
  • Salt to taste.

Boil eggs and carrots, peel and cut into a salad bowl. Then add chopped herring fillets, beans, peas, pepper, salt. Add mayonnaise and mix. Decorate with greens.

Hot salad recipe

You will need:

  • Jacket potatoes – 2 pcs.
  • Beans – 200 gr.
  • Pickled cucumbers – 4 pcs.
  • Onion – 2 pcs.
  • Carrots - 1 pc.
  • Sunflower oil – 20 gr.
  • Salt.

Boil the beans. Peel the boiled potatoes in their jackets and grate them. Finely chop the pickled cucumbers. Peel the carrots and onions, chop and fry in a frying pan in sunflower oil, add salt. Then mix all the ingredients and add additional sunflower oil. Mix well. Serve warm.

Liver salad recipe

You will need:

  • Onion – 3 pcs.
  • Carrots – 2 pcs.
  • White bean grains – 150 gr.
  • Pork liver – 200 gr.
  • Oil drain. – 40 gr.
  • Mayonnaise – 200 gr.
  • Greens (parsley).
  • Salt.
  • Pepper.

Boil the liver, let cool and cut. Peel the carrots and onions and grate them, then fry them in oil, add the chopped liver to the frying pan and fry for about five minutes. Place the lightly fried ingredients in a salad dish, add pre-boiled white beans (you can use canned ones). Add mayonnaise, seasonings to the salad and garnish with herbs.

PP salad with chicken breast, beans and vegetables

Delicious, light, but at the same time nutritious salad with chicken breast. You will definitely like it!

Ingredients:

  • 350 g baked chicken;
  • 1 fresh cucumber;
  • half an onion;
  • 1 bell pepper;
  • 200 g canned beans;
  • 10 g apple cider vinegar;
  • 25 g sunflower oil;
  • salt.

Preparation:

  1. We bake chicken fillet with spices in the same way as in the previous recipe. Let cool and chop coarsely.
  2. Cut the pepper into strips, cucumber and onion into half rings.
  3. Mix all prepared ingredients. Salt, add vegetable oil and apple cider vinegar. Stir, the salad is ready.
